Timeline
- EOI Response: Wednesday, 17 December 2025
- Potential Tender Period: January - February 2026
- Anticipated construction commencement: March 2026 & completed before end June 2026.
Overview
Stage 2 demarcation per drawing A02-0. Depot staff will occupy Stage 1 during works.
Demolition (contractor responsibility)
- Remove ceiling-mounted services (HVAC grills/diffusers, lights, exit signs) and associated
cabling; patch ceilings for painting. - Remove external HVAC grill to meeting room; fill opening and patch internally.
- Demolish partition walls/doors as indicated; make good for new finishes.
- Remove kitchen flooring and cabinetry; prepare for new vinyl and installations.
- Remove HWU (store in WPC storeroom).
- Remove all window blinds; patch frames to finished quality.
Refurbishment works (contractor responsibility)
- Airconditioning works: remove existing, install and commissioning new as per Scope.
- Painting: sand, prime and paint all walls/ceilings in Lexicon Quarter SW1E1 low sheen
acrylic; ceilings with moisture-resistant paint. - Security: coordinate door hardware changes; patch and paint holes from removed
items. - Electrical: coordinate works with electrical contractor and patch and paint and holes from removed items
- Fire: coordinate works with electrical contractor and patch and paint and holes from removed items
- Kitchen installation:
- Cabinetry: supply/install per drawings (incl. island bench); provide shop drawings for WP approval. Include provisions for dishwasher, bins, Zip water unit, double sink, storage.
- Flooring: install new vinyl as per drawings.
- Hydraulics: install Zip HydroTap; provide water supply for sink mixer, dishwasher, coffee machine; connect dishwasher supplied by Principal.
- Soft wiring: electrical contractor to install workstation wiring.
- Coordinating services works with contractors eg. security, electrical and fire.
Completion
- Remove temporary wall between Stages 1 & 2 after Western Power approval.
- Make good all construction works and paint.

Submission deadline
Closing date for responses is 5pm (AWST) Wednesday, 17th December 2025.

- Western Power may, at its absolute discretion, elect to consider or reject a Response that is received after the Closing of Responses.
- Except with Western Power’s prior approval, a response is to be delivered by email and must be:
- provided as an attachment to the email;
