Workplace fit out - WP2600130

We're seeking Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified fit-out contractors to participate in future construction tender processes for a major workplace fit-out project in the Perth CBD. 

Respondents may nominate to be considered for Part A, Part B, or both Parts. Contractors seeking consideration for both Parts should demonstrate the capability, capacity and relevant experience required to successfully deliver each respective scope of works. 

• Part A: indicative area – approximately 3,500sqm 
• Part B: indicative area – approximately 16,000sqm
