Provision of Security Services - P1390
We invite submissions from suitably qualified potential vendors for the Provision of Security Services. This EOI seeks to identify suppliers capable of delivering comprehensive, reliable and compliant security services across three primary categories:
- On‑Site security provisions
- Site security patrols
- Static guarding
The successful contractor will be required to deliver an end‑to‑end physical security solution across Western Power’s corporate offices, depots, substations and operational sites. The services will include, but are not limited to the following:
On‑site security provisions
On-site security services involve maintaining a secure and vigilant presence across Western Powers 3 main corporate sites in the Perth CBD, Forrestdale and Jandakot, playing a key part in ensuring the safety and security of Western Power’s people, property and assets.
This category requires 24/7 support and the main services within this category include:
- Access Control & Visitor Management
- Surveillance Monitoring
- Incident Response
- Customer Service & Concierge Duties
- Routine Patrols & Inspections
Mobile site security patrols
Site Security Patrol services are designed to provide a mobile security presence across a wider range of Western Power assets and locations across the SWIS, including substations, terminals, and other critical infrastructure.
This category requires support on planned and reactive events and the main services within this category include:
- Mobile Patrolling
- Alarm Response
- Site Inspections
- System Checks
- Escort Services
Static guarding
Static Guarding services provide visible deterrence and security to a broad range of assets and locations across the SWIS where a heightened risk or breach has been identified.
This category requires support on planned and reactive events and the main service within this category includes:
- Temporary Guard Deployment
