Ariba (SAP Business Network) connects buyers and suppliers. We use it for sourcing events, ordering, invoicing and supplier information. See Using Ariba as a Western Power supplier.
Setting up an account and responding to tender events is free. For transacting, the Ariba Network offers free and paid options. See Transacting with Western Power.
In Ariba, open Settings and update your Order, Invoice and other notification preferences.
