To enrol in training as a public user, follow these steps:
- Visit the public courses page
- Browse available courses
- Use the course catalogue or keyword search bar to find the training you want to complete.
- Click on the course
- Select the course name to view details, including dates, times, location, and fees (if applicable).
- Click "Enrol"
- Fill out the online enrolment form with your personal details.
- Click on "Save participant"
- To create a new learner profile in aXcelerate, click “Yes” when prompted with the message: “Would you like to create a new contact in aXcelerate?”
- If the participant’s details already exist in the system, a green confirmation message will appear stating that the participant has been saved successfully.
- Click on Checkout
- If payment is required, follow the instructions provided to finalise your enrolment.
- Once the enrolment was successful, an "Enrolment Successful!" message will appear
- The learner will receive two emails from Western Power containing links to aXcelerate. The subjects will be:
- aXcelerate User Account
- Class Booking Confirmation – Power Training Services WA
- If payment was made, you will also receive a receipt from BPoint via email
- Access your training
- You’ll receive login details for aXcelerate to access course materials or attend online sessions.

Yes - when you select "Save and Exit", your progress will be saved so you can resume exactly where you left off.
While some features of the system are accessible on mobile devices, certain platforms may not function as expected. For the best experience, aXcelerate is optimised for use in a full browser environment. We recommend completing any e-learning activities on a desktop or laptop computer.
Yes - your aXcelerate learner profile will include approximately 12 years of historical training records. For records prior to 2013, please contact us.
