Enquiry form (Transmission projects)
You’ll need to use the MyWP Projects portal. If you haven’t already, register first—then sign in and click New Project to start your enquiry.
Yes. You can submit an enquiry on behalf of the primary customer. If you do, we may request a letter of authority during the process.
Yes. You can save your enquiry as a draft and come back to it at any time from within the MyWP Projects portal.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your enquiry is submitted. You can also view and track your project directly in the portal.
If you need to make a change, please contact your allocated Access Consultant. You’ll find their contact details under the Contacts tab of your project in the portal.
Your details are pulled from your MyWP Projects account. You can update them by going to My account in the portal. If your organisation is already registered, some information is pre-filled.
To update organisation details, your organisation administrator will need to make those changes. You can find out who this is by signing in and navigating to My account > Administrators.
Your NMI (National Metering Identifier) is an 11-digit number starting with 800. You can find it on:
- Your most recent Synergy bill (see ‘Your energy supply details’ on page 2), or
- Western Power’s self-read reminder emails or SMS messages If you don’t have an NMI, you’ll need to submit a new connection enquiry instead.
You can type in the nearest known address, then drag the location pin on the map to mark the exact spot. This will capture the latitude and longitude needed.
