- Update 3 September: MyWP Projects Portal - New functionality now live (for Transmission Projects) New
- Simply go to MyWP Projects Portal to register, login and get started! Once inside your portal, click on the four tabs to view: Project Details, Project Status, Contacts and Change Request.
- View a detailed project timeline for the each of the six Stages of your project: Enquiry, Initiation, Scoping, Planning, Execution, & Close Out. Click the ‘+’ of any Stage to display it’s timeline and the key activities, including what is complete, what requires action, and what’s next.
- You will receive email notifications to advise updates or action required.
- Submit an Enquiry Form.
- Submit a Connection Application Form.
- Submit a Critical Project Framework (CPF) Form.
- Submit a Project Change Request (PCR) Form.
- You can complete the form in one go, or save your progress and return later.

- Construction Admin Package (CAP) (for distribution projects only) New
- We've updated the CAP application and moved it from the public website into the MyWP portal - log in or sign up to access it.
- Refined CAP form. The updates released for DIP and DCR submissions earlier this year means Electrical Consultants spend less time preparing and submitting their CAP, because we capture data earlier in the process.
- Document upload guidelines: file type requirements and size and upload limits.
- Update Practical Completion (PC) Date form New
- New update PC date form available in the MyWP portal once your project is in construction phase and a CAP can be submitted.
- If your projects practical completion date changes, the form allows you to quickly enter the new date and submit this to Western Power. An accurate PC date allows Western Power to schedule key dates, such as inspection and
- energisation dates, accurately.
- Confirm Construction Complete Form New
- Once a project has reached its PC date, you will be notified to confirm that construction has been completed in the MyWP portal.
- New modal confirmation screen for confirming construction.
- Construction complete confirmation is due 1 week after the projects PC date.
- Design Conformance Review (DCR) (for distribution projects only)
- We've updated the DCR application to increase flexibility and reduce back-and-forth. The application has moved from the public website into the MyWP portal. Log in or sign up to access it.
- You can now:
- Update key project details in the DCR application
- Save a DCR as a draft and submit it later
- Make revisions while a DCR is with us for review
- Replace documents at any point including after submission
- Anyone in the same organisation can pickup and continue a DCR
- Document uploads are now guided by the updated questionnaire, with clear descriptions, file type requirements, and size and upload limits. Note: ZIP files can no longer be uploaded for security reasons.
- If your document requires third‑party approvals, you’ll now be prompted to upload the relevant documents as part of your application.
- Minor edits and non-conformance are now communicated through the MyWP portal, and you can respond and resubmit directly from there.
- Design Information Package (DIP) (for Distribution projects only)
- We've updated the DIP application to save you time and reduce back-and-forth. The application has moved from the public website into the MyWP portal. Log in or sign up to access it.
- You can now request Network information (fault level and protection settings) directly in the DIP form, so you don't need to follow up separately.
- Company and address details are pre-populated using an ABN lookup for Electrical Consultants and Land Developers. No manual entry is needed.
- The DIP form now includes a required field for the planned kVA load.
- Improved field validation throughout helps ensure your submission is accurate the first time.
- We've updated the DIP application to save you time and reduce back-and-forth. The application has moved from the public website into the MyWP portal. Log in or sign up to access it.
- Network Information Tool (for Distribution projects only)
- The Network Information Tool allows customers to download a range of data, including low and high voltage information, GIS network data for the vicinity of a development, CAD extracts, and more.
- The requested information is available to customers within minutes via this fully automated, self-service system.
