How to participate in Western Power's Independent Cultural Review
Western Power has engaged leading national experts on workplace culture Intersection to conduct an independent review. The review will help us better understand employees' lived experiences, where improvements are needed, what is working well, and support meaningful, sustainable cultural change.
Current and former employees and contractors are encouraged to participate in the review. Former employees and contractors can participate in the review by requesting a confidential interview with the Intersection team, or making a written submission. Written submissions can be made through a guided online form. If you would like to make a submission in another way or require support, please contact Intersection.
