Training Business Development Conusltant
We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Training Business Development Consultant to join our team at our Power Training Services (PTS) Jandakot location. This permanent, full-time role plays a pivotal part in identifying, analysing, and addressing internal training and development needs to enhance business performance and capability.
You will be responsible for conducting in-depth research and analysis into industry best practices, uncovering risks and opportunities, to bridge performance gaps through tailored learning solutions.

Your Role in Action
- Implement, manage and monitor contractual documentation and activities to achieve compliance with the Contract Management Framework, ensuring compliance requirements are met for all Contracts and actively support continuous and efficiency improvements.
- Support the development and implementation of a holistic training strategy, framework and service delivery model to ensure that workforce skill, competency and capability is enhanced in a commercial, effective and efficient manner.
- Ensure that internal training issues, risks and opportunities are clearly understood, through detailed and in-depth investigation, analysis and research into best practice to address performance gaps and deliver best outcomes for the business.
- Develop and implement a robust customer feedback process and provide monthly reports to the PTS Management team.
- Support the development and maintenance of PTS systems and processes to meet the compliance requirements for maintaining RTO status.
- Manage and monitor the performance of external training suppliers to ensure adherence to KPIs as per the Training Supplier Panel commercial agreements.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Extensive and demonstrated experience developing and implementing training programs and learning solutions or planning & managing business projects that are aligned to business needs.
- Tertiary qualification in business, finance, or training/education or 7 years+ experience in similar role(s) and working towards a tertiary qualification.
- Detailed knowledge of qualification frameworks, RTO activities/requirements and understanding of VET sector.
- Highly developed communication and influencing skills with demonstrated success in building and maintaining strong working relationships at all levels.
- Solid business acumen, analytical skills and experience working with best practice strategic frameworks and processes.
