Talent Acqusition Coordinator - Maximum Term - Perth CBD

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our Talent team on a 12-month, full-time maximum term contract. In this role, you’ll be the engine behind a smooth and human hiring experience – helping ensure every recruitment journey, from first contact to first day, runs seamlessly.

Your Role in Action
- Be the first friendly face, voice (or inbox) for candidates and hiring leaders – managing the recruitment mailbox and providing prompt, helpful responses.
- Keep things running smoothly by allocating requisitions and supporting key admin tasks like scheduling interviews, managing approvals, and resolving systems issues.
- Post and edit job ads and ensure they’re live and up to date, reflecting our inclusive and values-driven culture.
- Help new starters feel welcome from the very start – coordinating onboarding steps, pre-employment checks, contracts, and documentation with care and attention.
- Maintain real-time accuracy across systems, trackers, and files – you’ll be the detail-focused engine behind a smooth onboarding experience.
- Support hiring leaders and Talent Acquisition Partners in delivering meaningful, people-first hiring moments.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- You bring energy, empathy, and a love for organisation – and you understand the importance of first impressions.
- You’ve supported a busy Talent Acquisition or HR team before (or something similar) and know how to juggle priorities with calm confidence.
- You get recruitment – whether it’s systems, processes, or compliance – and you enjoy keeping things moving behind the scenes.
- You’re tech-savvy, with experience using recruitment platforms and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- You’ve completed Year 12 (or equivalent) and bring strong written and verbal communication skills.
