Human Resource Business Partner - Maximum Term - Perth CBD 

 

We are seeking a skilled and adaptable HR Business Partner on a 12 month maximum term basis, to provide additional support to our existing HR team, predominately focusing on our operational areas. This role is designed to support and manage existing workflow and partner closely with formal leaders to deliver effective, people-focused solutions.

 

You will support a wide range of HR activities, including business-as-usual operations, complex case management and also play a key role in driving organisational change, providing hands-on support for change management initiatives and restructure processes. Your expertise will help ensure consistency, compliance, and a positive employee experience throughout times of transformation.

 

Your Role in Action  

 

  • Partner with formal leaders to support workforce management, capability development, and succession planning.
  • Provide expert guidance on restructures, workforce planning, and the implementation of key HR programs.
  • Manage high-volume, unpredictable workloads with strong prioritisation and risk assessment.
  • Support and resolve complex employee relations case management.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and single point of contact for leaders within your portfolio.
  • Contribute to organisation-wide HR projects and change initiatives.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, proactively identifying gaps and driving continuous improvement.

 

 What Makes You a Great Fit 

 

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources.
  • Previous experience in leading change management and case management processes within  large cross functional organisations.
  • Strong generalist experience, with a good grounding in a broad range of HR functional activities.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide advice to a large operational and professional workforce.
  • Excellent organisational and analytical skills developed through previous management of complex human relations projects.
  • Developed business acumen working to providing fit for purpose solutions.
  • Strong Interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively both written and verbal.
  • Excellent prioritisation skills & attention to detail with effective risk assessment capabilities.

 

Advanced influencing capabilities and skills where the interaction with others is primarily concerned with influencing, developing and motivating people and changing behaviour.
