Communications Coordinator - Permanent - Perth CBD office
Are you a great communicator who enjoys crafting clear, engaging messages and keeping things running behind the scenes? We’re looking for a Communications Coordinator on a permanent full time basis to support both internal and external communications across the business.
In this role, you’ll create and coordinate written and visual content for a range of audiences — from employees to external stakeholders. You’ll also help plan and support internal events that keep teams informed and connected, and make sure our communication activities align with broader business goals. On top of that, you’ll manage key internal systems and processes to keep things organised and support effective collaboration within the communications team and with key stakeholders across the business.

What Makes You a Great Fit
- Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a communications role, preferably within a large corporate environment.
- Tertiary or vocational qualifications in communications or related field such as public relations or journalism (or progress towards).
- Demonstrated high level writing and editing skills with strong attention to detail.
- Proven experience in event coordination.
- Experience working under pressure to deliver with competing deadlines in a collaborative environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain successful networks with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Highly organised and able to coordinate multiple tasks.
- Highly competent in MS Office suite including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
