We are responsible for approving the network connection of new embedded generation systems.

The inverter must not be connected until you have approval from us.

If we have reconfigured or reprogrammed your meter for your Solar Photovoltaic (PV) system, then this is generally indicated by a green sticker on the meter.

If your letter is saying the meter has been reconfigured, yet there is not a green sticker, then it may be an oversight, but it is best to contact us on 13 10 87 and we will check our system to provide you with an update.
