Costs can vary depending on the extent of the relocation work required. Western Power can complete a cost estimate specific to your requirements following receipt of your Relocation Enquiry and payment of the Relocation Enquiry Fee ($3,500 + GST). We seek to recover any additional costs on full cost recovery.
We endeavour to replace assets on a 'like-for-like' basis however, wood poles have structural and height limitations so steel poles may be required to meet your requirements. It is not normally possible to re-use assests for relocation works.

What to include with your application
Design drawings
The drawings must be geospatially correct by incorporation of Map Grid of Australia MGA94 grid system. Other design drawing requirements are in Appendix 4 of the Underground Distribution Schemes Manual.
