We’ve listened to customer feedback to redesign our site in a way that makes it even easier for you to find the information and services you need to interact with us. All the important information is here, just packaged up a little differently.

So what’s changed?

Besides the obvious refreshed design, we’ve made some structural tweaks to help you find where you’re going more easily, including:

  • A refined site structure to make the site more intuitive for you to navigate to your chosen destination, whether you’re a home owner, run a business or developing land.
  • A new Industry section, where customer groups like electrical contractors, large businesses and land developers can find the forms, guidelines and FAQs relevant to their work in one central place.
  • Online Services – A new central hub for all of your transactional forms and services.
