Your Role in Action
Develop and manage forward-thinking, multi-year technology roadmaps by collaborating with key internal and external stakeholders in the enterprise architecture space.
Lead the identification of architecture and technology opportunities, guiding the team to foster innovation and enhance technical knowledge across the organisation.
Champion governance initiatives to ensure consistent application of enterprise architecture principles and guidelines within the business unit.
Provide thought leadership and drive the adoption of innovative technologies, especially within the technology and utilities industries.
Cultivate strong, effective relationships with business peers, external partners, and industry leaders to drive collaboration and success.
Offer expert architecture recommendations to optimise business processes, applications, and information management within asset management and operations.
Leverage broad architectural expertise across domains (business, information, application, technology) to make strategic decisions that align with business priorities while adhering to architectural principles.
Lead the decision-making process for distributed architecture within product streams, collaborating with solution architects and delivery teams to ensure alignment with reference architecture and strategic goals.
What Makes You a Great Fit
Proven leadership as a Business or Solution Architect, with experience transforming enterprise architecture in large energy organisations.
Strong strategic, technical, and analytical skills, with expertise in technology platforms, business process re-engineering, and distributed architectures.
Demonstrated experience in senior roles, showcasing leadership and technical expertise across IT domains.
In-depth knowledge of operations and information flows within distribution/transmission network service providers, including Asset Management and Field Operations.
A mature understanding of architecture’s role in dynamic organisations, with a broad grasp of enterprise architecture and processes.
Excellent communication skills, capable of simplifying complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
Skilled at translating business needs into clear, actionable technology architecture requirements.
