Your Role in Action  

 

  • Lead a high-performing procurement team to deliver business programs and objectives aligned with customer needs and strategy.
  • Provide expert advice, clear direction, and technical guidance to ensure team success.
  • Drive consistency in category and sourcing processes, utilising systems, tools, and templates effectively.
  • Develop and mentor team members, fostering growth, performance, and continuous improvement.
  • Promote innovation and a culture of excellence in procurement practices.
  • Organize resources strategically to achieve key outcomes and deliverables.
  • Ensure thorough documentation supports category strategies and sourcing events.

  • Extensive experience in managing complex procurement categories and sourcing strategies.
  • Strong negotiation expertise with a proven ability to manage commercial and contractual risks effectively.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with a proactive approach to team development and engagement.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to and master organisational policies, processes, and systems.
  • Solid knowledge of contract and construction law, including relevant legislation and regulations.
  • Proven track record of negotiating high-value transactions with confidence and precision.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
