Western Power offers a variety of graduate opportunities including our graduate employment program.

Graduate Development Program

Western Power has an enviable graduate development program, which gives our graduates broad exposure to the business. The graduate development program runs for three years, with six-monthly rotations.  There are over 30 rotations from which to select, enabling each individual to have a program tailored to their aptitudes and the business's needs.

How to Apply

The online application process for the graduate development program is easy to access and use.  Graduate opportunities are advertised on our website and all you need to do is register your details and follow the instructions online.

You must be eligible to work in Australia to apply for a graduate role with us.
