Western Power's services standards are set out in our Customer Charter.   We also have a process for managing Customer Complaints, should we not meet your expectations..

If your power is interrupted for 12 hours or more, you may be eligible for an $80 payment under the Extended Outage Payment Scheme.  If you believe you have suffered loss or damage from a power interruption, you may also be eligible for compensation.
