Western Power has restored power to more than 4000 properties affected by the storm that crossed the south west coast early Monday morning.
The worst hit areas in the State’s south west were in Australind, north of Bunbury, the town of Nannup and surrounding areas, and several hills suburbs north of Perth including Mundaring, Darlington, Boya and Greenmount.
Western Power crews have been working around the clock to restore power to the affected properties as quickly and safely as possible in difficult weather conditions.
About 46 badly damaged homes in Australind are still without power.
