Jenny Seabrook
Born in 1957 (Board deputy chair, independent, non-executive director). Appointed with effect from 01/04/2006. Term expired on 31/03/2009, but Ms Seabrook continues in office by virtue of clause 2(3) of Schedule 1 of the Act.
Experience and expertise
Ms Seabrook has practised as an investment banker, capital markets adviser and chartered accountant for over 25 years. She is currently a Special Adviser to Gresham Partners Limited and a non-executive director of a number of listed and unlisted corporations. She is also a member of the Federal Government's Takeovers Panel and the Markets Policy Group for the Financial Services Institute of Australia.
