*Calls from mobile phones will attract higher call rates.  If you are calling about a power interruption, it is better to use a landline phone.  Our system can identify where you are calling from and give you relevant information more quickly.  Keep a standard (non-cordless) telephone handy as these work even when the power has gone out.
