Work practices

Our operational work practice standards team is responsible for developing work practices and procedures.  They assess and coach our operational field crews to improve compliance and safety, ensuring they have valid authorisations to carry out work required.

SWMS details the key steps involved with high risk tasks, including the generic hazards and risk controls. SWMS form part of the job briefing process and are reviewed by operational staff prior to commencing a job.
  • Work Practice Manual (PDF 12 Mb - large file - updated 14 December 2011)
