Estimated restoration times

When you ring the Western Power fault line on 13 13 51, you will hear a recorded estimate of when power will be restored in your area.

This estimate is calculated automatically and is available within seconds of a fault being reported.  However it is only an estimate and we cannot guarantee your power will be on at the stated time.

Our crews update estimated restoration times from the field, but unforeseen damage and other occurrences can make it difficult to predict exactly when power will be restored.

It is often quicker to listen to the recorded message than waiting to speak to a Western Power customer service representative. You do however always have the option of speaking to a customer service representative.
