Dispatch Advisory List
System Management invites all Market Participants to provide their details for the Dispatch Advisory Contact List.
System Management is required under the Market Rules to issue Dispatch Advisory Notifications in the following situations:
- movement of the system from a Normal Operating State to a High Risk or Emergency Operating State
- when the system is expected to reach a High Risk or Emergency Operating State
- when communications to System Management or Information Technology systems required for normal operations are interrupted
- Involuntary load shedding is occurring or is expected to occur
- when committed generation at minimum loading is, or is expected to, exceed forecast load
- when Ancillary Service Requirements will not be fully met
- significant outages of generation transmission or customer equipment are occurring, or is expected to occur
- Fuel supply on the Trading Day is significantly more restricted than usual, or fuel supply limitations mean it is not possible for some Market Participants to supply in accordance with their Resource Plans
