Western Power's trial ETIC system allows Preliminary and Completion Notices to be submitted electronically via Western Power's website.

Once notices are submitted via ETIC, they are downloaded into Western Power's computer systems, validated and automatically processed.

A new version of ETIC is on its way

Western Power is developing a new version of the electronic ticketing system - ETIC 2009. The system will be ready mid 2009.

Current ETIC users will be automatically transferred to the new system in April 2009 and new users will be given access from July 2009.

Western Power will be unable to accept new users as current resources are being utilised to implement the new system.

Industry should continue using their current methods for lodging notices and forms until the new system comes into operation.
