The Environmental Management System (EMS) aims to achieve continual improvement in environmental performance including management of environmental impacts, both current and future. Western Power's environmental issues include biodiversity, pollution and waste management.
EMISWeb is an intranet-based program, developed in-house for tracking our environmental activities and legal compliance. It is used to assist in the prevention, control and reduction of pollution and environmental harm, and support the protection and management of the environment.
