Networks standard - testing and commissioning

This standard provides a safe working environment and minimises the risk of equipment damage and supply interruption. It is intended for use when commissioning installations that are to be connected to Western Power's distribution network. This standard supersedes all previous Testing and Commissioning requirements including those detailed in any of the Underground Distribution Schemes Manuals.
