During the latter part of 2007 Western Power consulted with a range of internal and external stakeholders to gauge the level of understanding of our connection processes. The feedback clearly indicates a need for the creation of a set of service and installation guidelines/rules which incorporate every aspect of the connection application and installation process. This information will be consolidated into one Connections Manual.
In keeping with this, we encourage you to use the form below to submit feedback on any aspect of the connection process for future possible inclusion in the new manual.
