Ten Western Australians, the youngest only nine years old, have been honoured with a Royal Life Saving Western Power Bravery Award.
Western Power Managing Director Doug Aberle said the bravery displayed by the recipients of these awards is truly inspiring.
"Western Power hopes by raising the awareness of the remarkable achievements made by using their lifesaving skills, the public will be encouraged to learn more about lifesaving and the important role it plays in Australian life," he added.
"Western Power upholds safety as its core value and supports the Royal Life Saving Society in its work to spread safety awareness and training," Doug Aberle said.
Western Power has sponsored the Royal Life Saving Society for 10 years.
