Western Power is a key contributor to the Western Australian community on a number of levels. We aim to be a responsible corporate citizen that develops innovative partnerships with community organisations, and which supports the local communities that we impact.
Western Power is proud of the support given each year to a range of community, environmental, sporting and cultural activities and events throughout the state. Our sponsorship program reaches across the community, focusing on activities that support the arts; encourage health and fitness; strengthen communities; educate and build skills; and promote safety. In 2007/08 we invested more than $1 million in community and environmental sponsorships, and charitable donations.
We are no longer accepting applications. The sponsorships budget has been fully committed for 2009/10. We apologise for any inconvenience.
