Power interruption information
Power interruptions occur for a number of reasons. In all instances, we aim to restore power supply to our customers as quickly and safely as possible.

Explanation of terms
“No known interruptions”
This means that Western Power is not currently aware of a network interruption at your location. If you are without power you may have tripped a safety switch in your power board/meter box. Alternatively you may have a power interruption that we are not aware of. Please call 13 13 51 to report your fault.
“Estimated restoration”
This is the time we estimate that most customers in your suburb will get their power back on.
The time given is based on the current information available to Western Power. As more information becomes available, this restoration time may change.
“Estimated restoration: Unknown”
We are aware of a power interruption in your area. The term “unknown” occurs when there has been a major event and the network is significantly damaged. Unfortunately it is possible that some customers will be without power for an extended period of time. We will update restoration times as information becomes available.
