Occasionally, power failure can cause loss or damage. For this reason we provide several easy ways to make a claim.
If you have experienced loss or damage as a result of our negligence, you may be eligible for compensation* .
If your power has been out for 12 hours or more, you may be eligible for a payment under the Extended Outage Payment Scheme*.
If we did not give you at least three working days notification of a planned power interruption, you may be eligible for a $50 payment* .
Our customer charter states all written complaints will be acknowledged within ten working days. If you have written to us and your complaint has not been acknowledged, you are eligible for a $50 payment*.
