The Materials Information Centre was created to provide a centralised point for customers to direct their enquiries. Contact (08) 9411 7795 (weekdays from 8:00am to 4:00pm) or materials.hotline@westernpower.com.au for all enquiries relating to:
- availability of materials
- allocation of materials on back-order
- consolidation of work parcels
- non-conformance issues
- incorrect deliveries
- other inventory related issues
Enquiries will be received and managed by our Materials Information Centre Team. Contacts will be logged and assigned a supply chain specialist responsible for resolving and satisfying your enquiry.
