People and performance committee

The role of the People & Performance Committee is to:

  • assist the Board in meeting its oversight responsibilities in relation to Western Power’s governance practices;
  • review Board composition and succession planning for the Board and CEO; and
  • assist the Board in establishing remuneration, incentives and human resources policies and the performance review framework.
